Giving Back
Black Kite Cellars donates wine and provides support for a number of non-profits. We have been very involved with the Donald and Maureen Green Music Center at Sonoma State University, the Santa Rosa Symphony, the San Francisco Symphony and numerous other music-oriented organizations.
We have also have a passion for wildlife and for Africa. We have supported the Elephant Crisis Fund, the Wildlife Conservation Network, Ewaso Lions, Save the Elephants, the Golden Gate Raptor Observatory, and the celebration of Jane Goodall’s 80th birthday. Fall 2018 we are launching Africa Quest, a special blend of Pinot Noir created by our wonderful winemaker Jeff Gaffner. 100% of our profits from the sale of Africa Quest wine will be dedicated to African NGOs supporting both wildlife conservation and the local communities who share their lands. What would the world be like without elephants?
