Welcome to Black Kite Cellars’ wine shipment program we call ‘The Aviary.’ There are three different flights within The Aviary: Latham’s Selection, Blyth's Druthers and Vieillot’s Covey.

Each flight offers a collection of wines selected for our most dedicated customers who are interested in exploring the wonderful diversity of our vineyards as they evolve through different vintages. This program ensures regular deliveries of limited production wines from Black Kite. The flights are named in honor of the scientists who studied and helped identify our gracious raptor as one of the most beautiful birds in the world.
